Are you a hands-on HR professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence Royal Enfield is looking for an operational HR Business Partner to join our team in Samut Prakan.

In this role, you won't just be managing processesyou'll be the heartbeat of our plant operations. You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, ensuring our workforce is engaged, compliant, and empowered to build the world's most iconic motorcycles.

The role

As our HRBP, you will own the end-to-end HR experience for our site. Your goal is simple but vital: create a positive ecosystem where zero production loss occurs due to ER issues, and every employee feels aligned with the Royal Enfield values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Partnering: Execute the HR Road Map in alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Talent Attraction: Lead local hiring initiatives and build a sustainable pipeline using LinkedIn and local networks.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for grievances, well-being, and morale-boosting initiatives.
• Performance & Development: Identify training needs, create L&D plans, and ensure the timely completion of the PMS cycle.
• Compliance & IR: Maintain 100% adherence to Thai Labour Laws and ensure harmonious Industrial Relations.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee payroll accuracy, HR digitization projects, and exit interview analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: You have 5+ years in an operational HR role, ideally within Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
• Qualified: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• Communicator: You are fluent in English and possess strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Tech-Savvy: You have excellent IT and reporting skills; you love a good metric!
• Local Expert: You have a deep understanding of statutory regulations and Thai labor laws.
