Human Resources Business Partner Specialist

Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at The Art Plastic Surgery Hospital in Don Mueang. This role supports hospital leadership and staff by aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Daily responsibilities include advising managers on employee relations matters, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities. The specialist will collaborate with department heads to identify development needs, deliver HR-related training, and support engagement and retention programs. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and hospital policies, participating in HR projects and process improvements, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.

• Experience 3-5 years in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Ability to advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management in a healthcare or hospital setting.

• Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to hospital operations.
• Skill in organizing HR data, maintaining confidential records, and using HR information systems or HRIS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trustful relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to deliver HR-related training, support change management initiatives, and contribute to staff engagement programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively
