Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders and managers to provide strategic HR advice and support aligned with organisational goals.
- Implement and administer HR policies, programmes, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct workplace investigations where required, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organisational development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
- Participate in strategic HR projects and provide support on additional initiatives as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
