Develop and execute annual training and development plans aligned with business strategy, training road maps and learning development program.
Deliver ongoing training as planned.
Monitor learning outcomes and collect evaluation data on course quality and training effectiveness in alignment with defined objectives.
Prepare training materials, learning tools, and assessment instruments to evaluate both learning results and on-the-job application.
Track performance and prepare reports for relevant departments to measure learning effectiveness and the value added from applying acquired knowledge in the workplace.
Conduct Employee Engagement Survey and evaluate feedback from participants.
Design and implement Talent Management and Succession Plan.
Identify successor pools, assess readiness, and define development actions to close competency gaps
Partner with line managers to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and clear career path.
Support HRD strategy development and lead or participate in HRD-related projects
Ensure HRD policies, processes, and practices align with company standards and best practices
Qualifications:
Native Thai speaker.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource Development (HRD) or Learning & Development (L&D).
Strong knowledge of training and development, competency frameworks, talent development, and learning management.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS is an advantage.
