Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement training and development programs to align with the organization's strategies and goals.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with each department to identify appropriate courses and development approaches.
  • Develop and manage the annual training plan, and monitor the implementation to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers to organize effective learning programs and ensure smooth training operations.
  • Design and develop training curricula and learning materials in various formats such as classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness before, during, and after the training sessions, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Maintain and update training databases or Learning Management Systems (LMS) to analyze and track employee development progress.
  • Support the implementation of Career Path and Individual Development Plan (IDP) initiatives.
  • Participate in designing and implementing Leadership Development Programs and Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs (Training ROI) to improve quality in future sessions.
  • Handle and coordinate documentation in compliance with the Department of Skill Development regulations, including training notifications, course accreditation, and tax benefit claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors related to human resource development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR development, talent management, or learning and developmentpreferably in a corporate or retail environment.
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across departments.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, e-learning platforms).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
