About the Role
This role focuses on designing and developing career-based development concepts that align with the organization's strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Design and establish career-based development concepts aligned with business strategic directions.
- Develop competency models that support business strategies and career paths based on organizational design and operating models.
- Design and develop career paths within each job family through analysis of jobs, competencies, and business requirements.
- Consolidate and facilitate competency and career path calibration for each job family across business units and throughout ThaiBev Group.
- Integrate competency, career path, IDP, and the 70:20:10 learning concept to support organization-wide career-based development.
- Communicate the integrated concepts of competency, career path, IDP, and the 70:20:10 learning model to all stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
- Initiate ideas and drive implementation to promote career-based development within the organization.
- Oversee and advise on career path concepts through competency assessment, success profiles, and IDPs.
- Monitor and follow up on career path implementation, providing recommendations to enhance business impact and employee engagement.
- Explore and research emerging competencies and future career concepts to align with targeted business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in OD and L&D
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking
- Fluent in English
