Our partner is a leading local manufacturing company based in Rayong. As part of their growth strategy, they are planning to establish a new business unit and are therefore looking to appoint a Head of HR to lead and manage the overall people function.
For this role, not only for end-to-end HR function and act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team but also responsible for building a strong people foundation, developing future-ready talent, and preparing the organization for the launch and scaling of new business units. The position plays a critical role in driving organizational transformation, leadership capability, and sustainable workforce growth in a manufacturing environment.
Main responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team on people, organization, and workforce matters
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, operational needs, and future new business unit expansion
- Prepare workforce capability, organization structure, and leadership readiness to support new business units and long-term growth
- Drive organization development, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives
- Build leadership and talent pipelines, including high-potential development and career pathways
- Oversee full HR loop including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and employee relations
- Ensure manpower readiness and effective recruitment strategies for plant operations, engineering, and support functions
- Manage HR operations, policies, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws, factory regulations, and internal governance standards
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven experience covering all HR functions (full HR loop) with strong organization development capability
- Experience supporting business expansion, new setup, or new business unit launch preferred
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and factory workforce management
- Hands-on leadership style with strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Excellence in stakeholder management
- Thai native proficiency required
