Job Description

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and change leader. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance. And must work overseas in Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia and, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across all Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, employee retention, training, and leadership development.
  • Serve as a strategic human capital advisor to the senior management team, aligning people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives, policies, and programs that strengthen existing practices and ensure consistency and governance across the organization.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness, cost efficiency, and the ability to attract and retain high-performing talent.
  • Drive enterprise-level HR strategy and lead organizational HR transformation to support long-term business growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership in managing workplace challenges and crisis situations, ensuring stability, clear communication, and effective resolution.
  • Strengthen and embed the TRAX organizational culture in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and leadership values.
  • Maintain a high level of regulatory compliance, ensuring HR policies and practices meet all legal and corporate governance requirements.
  • Partner closely with operational leadership to plan and manage workforce capability, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
  • 7+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
  • 5 + years of managerial experiences
  • Must have HR transformation experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Can work based in Roi-Et and be able to travel.
