Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, including benchmarking, review, and administration to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Implement and manage the performance management framework to align individual performance with the strategic objectives.
Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders for key roles.
Manage employee and industrial relations to maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and governance frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with labor laws and banking regulations.
Lead human capital strategy and workforce planning, including manpower budgeting aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and the Board on organizational design, talent management, and workforce strategy.
Oversee HR operations including payroll, staff cost management, workforce analytics, and regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Drive organizational development, change management, and learning initiatives to enhance workforce capability and support business transformation.
Promote a strong corporate culture and employee engagement through communication, wellbeing, and engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support internal and external HR audits.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fied.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and compensation & benefits management.
Proven track record in leading and managing end-to-end HR functions, preferably within financial institutions.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements, including familiarity with Bank of Thailand (BOT) guidelines and governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across all levels, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive HR strategy, transformation, and organizational change initiatives.
Solid experience in workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
High level of maturity, professionalism, and integrity, with sound judgment in handling sensitive HR matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
