Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business growth and store expansion.
• Lead HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, C&B, Payroll, ER, L&D, and HRBP functions.
• Drive manpower planning and mass recruitment for restaurant operations and new store openings.
• Improve employee engagement, retention, and turnover across multiple branches.
• Partner with Operations and senior management on workforce planning and people-related business issues.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, HR policies, and regulations.
• Develop talent management, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs.
• Lead and develop the HR team and drive HR transformation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Experience in QSR, F&B, Restaurant and Retail.
• Strong experience in multi-site operations and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of C&B, ER, labor law, and HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Good command of English.
