What is expected of the candidate:
- Define the HR operating model (governance vs business unit autonomy)
- Build succession depth and leadership capability across the business portfolios
- Elevate performance management and accountability standards
- Lead workforce planning and capability development initiatives
- Drive cultural alignment while respecting business diversity
- Lead the people side of organizational transformation
What you will be facing:
- Working within resource and budget constraints
- Operating without large centralized HR teams
- Building structure where gaps exist
- Elevating capability across mixed levels of talent maturity
- Driving change in legacy environments with strong historical practices
Ideal Profile:
- We are seeking a leader who sees constraints as design challenges not obstacles.
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience; ideally experience working in a holding company and with owners
- Deep expertise in succession planning and leadership development + Strong organizational design and governance mindset
- Experience aligning performance and incentive structures to business outcomes
