Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Partner with the Thailand Country Director and Regional HR to manage end-to-end recruitment for all Thailand roles.
  • Engage local universities and Institutes of Higher Learning for internship hiring and campus outreach.

Supporting HR Activities

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
  • Support essential HR administrative and compliance activities for Thailand operations.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (key focus), preferably within the Thailand medical device market, with at least 1 year in HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English for communication with the Regional Team.
