Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Partner with the Thailand Country Director and Regional HR to manage end-to-end recruitment for all Thailand roles.
- Engage local universities and Institutes of Higher Learning for internship hiring and campus outreach.
Supporting HR Activities
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
- Support essential HR administrative and compliance activities for Thailand operations.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (key focus), preferably within the Thailand medical device market, with at least 1 year in HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in spoken and written English for communication with the Regional Team.
