Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps and align employee development with organizational goals.
Develop and implement the annual Training & Development Plan, including Career Development and Succession Planning initiatives.
Design and deliver employee development programs, such as Leadership Development, Functional Skills, and Soft Skills training.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to effectively execute learning and development programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through Training Evaluation processes and measure the impact on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
Support the development and implementation of the organization's Competency Framework.
Act as a trainer, facilitator, or MC for training sessions and corporate events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HRD, HROD, or Training & Development
Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Competency Development, or Career Development is a plus
Proven experience in developing Training Roadmaps, Annual Training Plans, or Succession Planning
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and measure program outcomes
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience conducting training sessions or workshops
