Job Description
To assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations
To support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process
To maintain the personal files, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical and appraisal
To handle the monthly payroll functions including attendance administration, payroll calculation, allowance / OT claims administration, performing reconciliation and others in an efficient and timely manner
Filling and others ad-hoc duties required by management
Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
Responsible for the planning, organization, publicity and implementation of various activities of the company
Perform financial statement, identify significant operations/financial variances, and determine reasons for variances
Provide finance reconciliation reports to the Accounting Department. Ad-hoc data preparation or reconciliation
Submit data to the related department in a timely manner in order to process payment to related stakeholders on a monthly basis
Daily reconciliation and update for cash flow of payment gateway and bank
Preparing invoice for certain payment transaction
Coordinate, review and monitor day to day activities within the accounting & admin functions in all aspects of business
