Job Description

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to top management on HR-related matters
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective service delivery

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning


  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to support business growth
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent pipeline

Performance Management & Organizational Development


  • Implement performance management systems and processes
  • Drive employee development, training, and succession planning
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency and engagement

Compensation & Benefits


  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HR budget planning

Employee Relations & Engagement


  • Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively

HR Policies & Compliance


  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Manage HR audits and ensure proper documentation

Industrial Relations (if applicable)


  • Manage relationships with labor unions (if any)
  • Handle collective bargaining and labor negotiations
  • Ensure smooth industrial relations within the organization

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or GM-level role
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in strategic HR management and organizational development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
