We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Specialist to support our growing Thailand team. If you're passionate about building teams, improving employee experience, and partnering closely with business leaders — this role is for you!
This position goes beyond HR Specialist. You will play a key role in strengthening HR operations, including supporting employee relations matters and managing the end-to-end payroll process, while also driving people initiatives that support business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Manage employee relations and handle HR-related inquiries
- Handle end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments
- Coordinate onboarding programs and employee training initiatives
- Monitor probation periods and support KPI/performance review cycles
- Support HRBP initiatives and collaborate closely with department leaders
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and local practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Talent Acquisition + Generalist exposure)
- Knowledge of Thailand labor law is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
