I. FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
1.Recruitment & Staffing
Plan and execute recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Training & Development
Organize training programs and support employee career development.
3. Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and monitor employee KPIs.
4. Employee Relations
Handle employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and maintain harmonious labor relations.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Support payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
6. Administration
Manage HR records, contracts, office supplies, and coordinate administrative tasks.
7. Compliance
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Thai labor regulations and company standards.
II. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Right:
- Access HR data and administrative resources.
- Authority to propose HR and administrative improvements.
2. Responsibility:
- Oversee HR and administrative processes.
- Ensure accuracy of employee records and compliance with regulations.
- Support management in decision-making related to HR and administration
III. CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
2. Fluent communication in Chinese or English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
3. Proficiency in office computer skills
4. At least 5 years of HR or administrative management experience
5. Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and capable of working under pressure
