As an HR intern at TransOrg Analytics, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve supporting various HR functions while enhancing your skills in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
- Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Support employee onboarding and off boarding activities, including preparing new hire orientation materials and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
