Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement: Support engagement programs, company events, culture-building activities, and employee feedback initiatives.
  • HR Operations: Provide data entry, update HRIS, prepare reports (turnover, headcount), and maintain HR records.
  • Strategic Support: Help align HR strategies with business needs, conduct research, and so on.

Required Skill

  • Education: 3rd or 4th year of a degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Skills: Good English communication (written/oral), organization, analytical skills, problem-solving, detail-orientation, and teamwork.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and others
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in HR functions.
  • Require timeline to start from March or April 2026
