Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the coordination of training programs and learning & development activities.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Coordinate with HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and training.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
