Human Resources Lead

Job Title: HR Lead / Manager

Location: Onsite, Thailand

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced HR Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations in Thailand, ensuring smooth hiring, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with local labour laws. The role will act as a key liaison between the SI and client HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and HR policies
• Handle employee welfare, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Manage leave, attendance, and staffing plans
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and client HR
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries

Requirements:

• 8+ years of HR management experience in Thailand
• Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws and compliance
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
