We are recruiting a Head of HR for the Thailand market, responsible for talent recruitment and organizational support, with a focus on ensuring continuous recruitment and talent supply for store roles including store managers, shop assistants, customer service, and training staff. You will help the company build a stable local talent system to support business development and store expansion.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans for the Thailand market, continuously explore and operate local recruitment channels
- Drive year-round recruitment for store positions and key talent acquisition
- Coordinate onboarding, training, probation follow-up and retention management
- Form a basic closed loop of hire, develop, retain, offboard
- Provide talent and organizational support for the CEO and business departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent in Mandarin Language, with working proficiency in Thai language.
- 3+ years of HR related working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises in Thailand
- Familiar with local recruitment channels and talent acquisition methods in Thailand
- Experience in recruitment for Thailand's local beauty industry or similar service, retail, or chain industries.
- Experience recruiting for store-type organizations and front-line service positions
- No business background required, but strong business acumen to understand store operations logic and support business development
Budget: 60,000 – 130,000 THB/month
