Role Summary:
The HR Basic Excellence and Management Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of core HR services and driving operational excellence across HR processes. This role focuses on compliance, efficiency, employee lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of HR systems and practices to support a high-performance and safety-driven industrial environment.
Principal Accountabilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HRIS management.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll, benefits administration, and contract management.
- Monitor service levels and continuously improve HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR processes and documentation.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in HR processes and lead improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Standardize HR workflows and documentation across locations and business units.
- Implement metrics and dashboards to monitor HR performance and service quality.
HR Systems & Data Management
- Manage and optimize HRIS platforms and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Support digital transformation initiatives in HR, including automation and self-service tools.
- Generate reports and insights to support strategic HR decision-making.
Employee Lifecycle & Experience
- Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment support, onboarding, transfers, and exits.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations teams to ensure alignment.
- Promote a consistent and positive employee experience across all touchpoints.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Act as a key point of contact for HR operational matters across departments and locations.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR procedures and compliance.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align practices and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery roles, preferably in industrial or technical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to travel to work at plants (Chonburi and Rayong)
