Position Overview
Our client is an established, forward-thinking multi-divisional conglomerate specializing in end-to-end engineering infrastructure, renewable energy solutions (Solar), and commercial trading. Operating with international quality standards and trusted by top-tier global enterprises, they are seeking a highly capable HR Manager.
This is a comprehensive, group-wide leadership role designed for an HR generalist who can effectively balance daily operational excellence with modern people strategies. Your core mission is to unify HR practices across all business units, build an engaging corporate culture, optimize the organizational structure, and ensure the entire group remains fully compliant with evolving local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic People Leadership & Culture
- Talent Lifecycle Ownership: Direct the group's end-to-end workforce strategy, encompassing proactive headcount planning, modern onboarding, performance management, and offboarding practices.
- Culture Architecture: Build and drive internal engagement programs, corporate branding initiatives, and transparent communications to strengthen teamwork and break down silos across business divisions.
- Talent & Leadership Development: Lead the creation of practical learning frameworks, corporate training schedules, ISO compliance awareness, and leadership development initiatives.
2. Core HR Operations & Total Rewards
- Payroll & Compensation Strategy: Oversee monthly payroll processes, withholding taxes, social security, and provident fund administration. Conduct regular market benchmarking to align total rewards strategies with industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Lead full-cycle performance appraisal frameworks and tie evaluation metrics directly to compensation frameworks and talent retention choices.
3. Compliance, Labor Relations & Data Governance
- Legal & Regulatory Control: Guarantee absolute organizational compliance with the Labor Protection Act, Social Security Act, and PDPA mandates.
- Policy & Contract Management: Draft, modernize, and maintain dual-language (English/Thai) employment contracts, workspace guidelines, and corporate HR policy handbooks.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Consolidate data into comprehensive monthly HR dashboards tracking critical workforce metrics, including turnover trends, time-to-hire, and learning investment hours.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, coordinate disciplinary workflows, and govern severance protocols professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Prior experience working within a construction, renewable energy, engineering, or complex organization environment is highly preferred.
- Deep, operational knowledge of Thai labor laws, payroll tax structures, and PDPA data handling criteria.
- Native Thai fluency paired with good command of English (capable of handling bilingual contracts and corporate reporting).
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Leadership & Coaching: Proven capability to act as a partner and coach to department heads across multiple business units.
- HR Technology & Software: Familiarity with modern HRIS/Payroll platforms (such as Tigersoft, Humanica, Workday, or BambooHR).
- Modern HR Analytics & Tech Toolkit: Highly proficient in modern data workflows, requiring either (or a combination of both): AI Integration:Leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to streamline candidate screening, policy drafting, and HR reporting. OR Advanced Excel:Utilizing Pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and Power Query for deep workforce data analysis.
