Role Description The Human Resources Manager at BMSP is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok, responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring HR practices support business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance management processes, and handling employee relations and engagement initiatives. The role involves developing and updating HR policies, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company standards, and managing compensation, benefits, and HR records. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, training and development programs, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure HR services are delivered effectively and consistently.
Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with Thai labor regulations, and management of compensation and benefits.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities to support leaders and team members.
- Organizational and analytical skills for handling HR data, reporting, workforce planning, and process improvement.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR management systems and standard office productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in technology or services-focused organizations.
- Fluency in English and Thai, and the ability to work on-site in Bangkok.
