Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle HR Operations: Execute end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, probation, transfers, and terminations for both local Thai staff and expatriate Chinese employees. Ensure full compliance with Thailand Labor Laws and Rayong provincial regulations.
- Visa & Work Permit Administration: Fully manage Visa, Work Permit (WP), Business Visas, extensions, re-entry visas, and 90-day reporting for foreign personnel to guarantee absolute legal compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll calculation, statutory deductions, Social Security (SSS), provident fund, and personal income tax declarations.
- Employee Relations: Manage daily attendance, overtime approvals, and leave management. Maintain healthy labor relations to mitigate risks of labor disputes or union conflicts.
- Factory Administration & Government Liaison: Oversee general factory administrative duties (plant security, vehicle dispatching, office supply procurement). Serve as the primary liaison with the Rayong Department of Labour, Immigration Bureau, and other local government bodies.
Qualifications:
- Nationality & Language: Open to Thai nationals with fluent, business-level Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for seamless communication with China headquarters and expats, and fluent Thai for government liaisons. (Chinese nationals with strong Thai command are also highly preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR & labor management experience in Thailand. Background in the electronics manufacturing industry or prior experience in Rayong Industrial Parks is highly advantageous.
- Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of Thai Labor Law, BOI regulations, SSS procedures, and Visa/Work Permit processing. Proficient in Microsoft Office for template development.
- Soft Skills: Strong risk identification capabilities, high resilience under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills.
