Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, promotion, employee lifecycle management, learning & development, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for all positions and create and post job advertisements through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. including sourcing, screening, interviewing, employment contract preparation, offer management, and onboarding process, and new employee announcement communications.
  • Conduct and coordinate employee onboarding, orientation programs.
  • Manage and update employee lifecycle records including new hires, employee movements, promotions, and resignations in HR systems (BambooHR), ensuring all employee data and documentation are accurate and up to date throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs including compensation, health insurance, provident funds, and employee welfare programs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and submit new hire and resignation information for health insurance, provident funds and related employee benefit programs to ensure timely and accurate enrollment and termination processing.
  • Review monthly payroll data and coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary payment.
  • Lead learning & development activities, internal training programs, and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead annual manpower planning, HR budgeting, salary increment, merit increase, bonus, and promotion processes.
  • Develop, update, and improve HR policies, procedures, SOPs, organizational structure.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, probation evaluations, employee development, and promotion processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law and HR regulations by maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR documentation, and leading employee investigation and disciplinary processes when required.
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, conflict resolution, and employee support.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to HR procedures, internal workflows, employee engagement, and team effectiveness to support overall business.
  • Build strong relationships with HR related external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
  • Manage office management and general administration functions including coordination with building management, office facility support, housekeeping services, employee building access cards, office access, parking card arrangements, vendor coordination, and workplace administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management with hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded personality.
  • Good command of both Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
