We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver end‑to‑end HR support at a manufacturing site. This role manages a team of seasoned HR professionals and partners closely with plant leadership to ensure effective people practices, compliance, and workforce stability.
The role operates with a high degree of independence, handling moderately complex people matters while translating HR policies and strategies into practical, short‑term outcomes.
Key Scope of Work
The HR Manager will provide leadership across multiple HR disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and processes
- Employee lifecycle management, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, exits, and employee data governance
- Employee relations and labor engagement, including communication and issue resolution
- Rewards and benefits administration in alignment with company frameworks
- Coordination of employee mobility, including relocation and immigration support where required
- Management and coordination of HR‑related learning and development activities
- HR business partnering and advisory support to leaders
- Workforce planning, recruiting, and staffing activities
- Talent and performance management processes
- Organization development initiatives
- HR systems (HRIS) and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years HR experience, preferably with manufacturing or plant exposure
- Strong knowledge of Thailand labor law and industrial relations
- Experience handling employee relations issues in an operational environment
- Strong employee relations and problem‑solving skills
- Practical, hands‑on HR mindset
- Confidence in handling ambiguity and sensitive issues
- Ability to balance compliance, business needs, and employee wellbeing
- Forward‑thinking approach to workforce and organizational challenges
