Job Description

Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Thai labour law, supporting employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The role requires strong knowledge of local employment regulations and the ability to support both management and employees professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure company policies and practices comply with Thai labour law and local regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support payroll preparation, benefits administration, and social security coordination.
  • Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR reports, manpower records, and compliance documentation.
  • Advise department heads on HR policies, labour law, and people management matters.

Qualifications

  • Native Thai speaker.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, Social Security, Workmen's Compensation, and HR compliance.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential matters professionally.
  • Computer literate, especially MS Office and HR systems.
