Responsibilities
• Managing overall HR functions both HRM & HRD for recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, ER activity and general administrative operation including Safety and Occupational Health Administration.
• Managing HR team by providing coaching and training as necessary in all aspects of the HR function.
• Implement human resources strategies such as talent acquisition, compensation& benefits, training and capacity development, performance management, employee relations and retention, to achieve organization goals.
• Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring. Also, Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Provide oversight and management of projects to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Knowledge of PMS (Performance Management System) and KPI can be applied align company goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master's degree in human resource or related fields.
• At least 10 – 15 years of experience in HR management level.
• Strong Management skill.
• Fluent in English written and speaking.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Able to work at Nakorn Pathom.
