Job Description

Our client, a premier hospitality group offering golf, sports facilities, and full-service accommodations, is seeking an HR Manager. In this role, you will lead daily HR operations, ensuring all policies align with company philosophy and Thai labor laws. You will drive employee satisfaction by overseeing administration, payroll, and people development systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Manpower Management

  • Manage the full recruitment process for Department Heads, Managers, and Supervisors.
  • Monitor labor market trends to find the best candidates and manage the applicant database.
  • Update job descriptions and person specifications for all positions regularly.

2. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Oversee the payroll administration process to ensure everyone is paid correctly and on time.
  • Conduct salary surveys to make sure company pay scales are competitive in the market.
  • Manage employee benefits, insurance claims, and compensation.
  • Handle Visa and Work Permit processes for expatriate staff.

3. Performance & Development

  • Administer the 119-day probation period and the annual performance appraisal system.
  • Work with the line managers to plan career development for employees.
  • Manage employee recognition programs to reward high performance.
  • Assist with staff orientation and training schedules.

4. Employee Relations & Communication

  • Advise the Executive Committee on labor relations and industrial issues.
  • Keep staff updated via newsletters, notice boards, and meetings.
  • Conduct exit interviewsfor all staff to understand why they leave and improve retention.
  • Organize the Associate Opinion Survey and take action on the results to improve the workplace.

5. Safety & Administration

  • Lead the Safety Program, including safety meetings and training.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files.
  • Prepare the annual HR budget, including training and salary costs.
  • Submit the HR Monthly Report.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR Management, preferably in the hospitality or sports resort industry.
  • Strong understanding of Thai Labor Law, Social Security, and Work Permit/Visa regulations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to use HR information systems (HRIS).
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
