We are seeking an experiencedHR Managerto lead and continuously develop our people's strategy in alignment with the company's business goals. This role plays a critical part in building a high-performing, engaged, and sustainable organization while balancing business needs, employee wellbeing, and compliance with labor laws.
TheHR Managerwill oversee all core HR functions, act as a trusted advisor to management, and ensure that HR practices support both organizational growth and employee development.
What You'll Do
- Lead HR strategy aligned with business and company goals
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, and selection processes with hiring manager
- Design and implement training, development, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Manage compensation, benefits, and annual salary review cycles
- Drive employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and management team
- Oversee HR systems and operations (experience with HRIS such as BambooHRis a plus)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
- 10+ years of experiencein Human Resources management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- Proven skills in strategic planning, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work effectively with both management and employees in complex situations
- Experience in technology or fast-growing organizations is an advantage
