Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Labor Law & Policy Governance
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, regulations, and work rules to ensure full compliance with labor law and related regulations
  • Monitor labor law changes and assess organizational impact
  • Provide policy guidance and legal interpretation to management and line managers
  • Act as HR advisory on labor lawrelated matters and compliance risks

  • Job Structure & Position Management
  • Design and review job structures, job levels, and job grading frameworks
  • Support position adjustments, reclassification, and role alignment based on business needs and governance principles
  • Ensure consistency between job structure, responsibilities, and organizational design

  • Salary Structure & Compensation Framework (Design Level)
  • Design and review salary structures, pay bands, and compensation frameworks (non-payroll execution)
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness while complying with labor law requirements
  • Support management in compensation-related decision-making from a policy and structural perspective

  • HR Infrastructure & System Readiness
  • Oversee HR infrastructure readiness, including HR systems, documentation, forms, and standard processes
  • Ensure HR data structure and documentation support compliance, audit, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to maintain HR operational readiness (systems, tools, records)

  • Risk Management & Governance Support
  • Identify labor law and HR governance risks and propose preventive measures
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to HR matters
  • Prepare policy-related reports and recommendations for management and executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Political Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in HR policy, labor law compliance, or HR governance roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR regulations
  • Experience in job structure design and salary framework development
  • Familiar with HR systems and HR infrastructure setup
  • Strong analytical, policy drafting, and stakeholder communication skills
