Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is fully responsible for building and managing the company's HR system and daily HR operations. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, retention, and organizational support, to ensure efficient and effective business operations. In alignment with the company's strategic and business objectives, the position will focus on improving workforce productivity, optimizing labor costs, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and strengthening the talent pipeline to support the company's sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual HR plan in line with the company's business strategy and operational objectives. Continuously improve HR policies, processes, and management standards to enhance governance and operational efficiency.
- Review and optimize organizational structure, job design, and workforce planning based on business needs to improve role alignment and workforce allocation.
- Develop and execute the annual training and development plan according to organizational and job requirements. Establish talent development programs, build succession plans for key positions, and strengthen the internal talent pipeline.
- Establish, refine, and implement the performance management system, including goal setting, progress tracking, performance evaluation, feedback, and results application. Drive organizational structure improvement, process optimization, and role integration to improve overall efficiency.
- Support the design and optimization of the company's compensation, benefits, and incentive systems. Work closely with management to improve headcount efficiency, control labor costs, and optimize workforce structure.
- Partner with management to support leadership development, team building, and internal communication mechanisms, while fostering a positive, professional, and high-performance organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR-related experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager position.
- Solid understanding of all major HR functions, with proven experience in HR system development and operational management.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to drive productivity improvement and labor cost optimization.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and related policies, with strong risk awareness and compliance management capability.
- Proficiency in Thai and/or English, with the ability to use Thai and/or English as working languages.
- This position is based in Rayong, Thailand.
