Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to become a key partner to the Executive Management Team. This role will support the organization's People Strategy, Culture Transformation, HR Operations Excellence, and Workforce Productivity initiatives to support business growth and operational expansion.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's culture, driving employee engagement, standardizing people processes, and building a high-performance organization. This position requires a strong HR generalist foundation combined with the ability to influence leaders, manage change, and execute strategic people initiatives across manufacturing and sales organizations.

MANDATE SCOPE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

  • Partner closely with Executive Management Team to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute people's strategies to support company growth, operational excellence, and organizational expansion.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure organizational capability and readiness.
  • Drive culture transformation initiatives aligned with company vision, values, and business direction.
  • Develop programs that strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, accountability, and performance culture.
  • Champion positive workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Lead change management initiatives during organizational changes and business transformation projects.
  • Ensure effective delivery of end-to-end HR operations including:
    • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Performance Management
    • Employee Relations
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Learning & Development
    • HR Policies & Procedures
  • Review and improve HR processes, systems, and standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish HR metrics and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Design and implement talent management and succession planning programs.
  • Build organizational capability through learning and development initiatives.
  • Coach and support managers in people management and leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive performance management programs to increase employee productivity and accountability.
  • Foster strong employee relations and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Drive engagement activities and employee communication initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to address organizational challenges proactively.
  • Promote open communication and strong collaboration across all functions.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain organizational discipline while promoting a people-centric culture.
  • Support employee relations matters and conflict resolution when required.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with strong HR Generalist background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in HR Manager, HRBP Manager, People & Culture Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Experience supporting organizations with at least 200+ employees.
  • Proven experience in both:
    • Manufacturing environment
    • Sales/Commercial organization
  • Experience working closely with senior management or executive teams.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational transformation, culture development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong exposure to HR Operations and strategic HR management.
  • Strong HR foundation across all HR functions.
  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in Organizational Development (OD), Change Management, and Talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and workforce productivity improvement.
  • Experience in policy development and HR process optimization.
  • Ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into business actions.
