Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all HR activities for the preopening phase, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Develop HR policies, processes, and frameworks that align with corporate and brand standards
- Manage performance management cycles, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations
- Partner with hotel leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
- Support talent development, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies
- Ensure HR compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting
- Drive a people-first culture that inspires teamwork, service excellence, and continuous development
- Manage disciplinary cases with fairness and transparency
- Contribute to HR transformation projects and process improvements
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or HR leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of Thai Labor Law, statutory requirements, and HR compliance
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict-management skills
- Experience in preopening or hospitality sectors preferred
