Job Description

This key preopening HR Manager role offers the opportunity to build a strong organizational foundation and shape a positive workplace culture from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all HR activities for the preopening phase, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Develop HR policies, processes, and frameworks that align with corporate and brand standards
  • Manage performance management cycles, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations
  • Partner with hotel leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
  • Support talent development, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies
  • Ensure HR compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting
  • Drive a people-first culture that inspires teamwork, service excellence, and continuous development
  • Manage disciplinary cases with fairness and transparency
  • Contribute to HR transformation projects and process improvements

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or HR leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai Labor Law, statutory requirements, and HR compliance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict-management skills
  • Experience in preopening or hospitality sectors preferred
