Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to enable business growth across SEA.
- Act as the HR representative in regional leadership discussions.
Talent Management & Development
- Drive talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high-quality hires and efficient processes.
- Lead the succession planning cycle, talent reviews, and development plans for key positions.
- Facilitate leadership development and capability-building programs.
- Support the onboarding, integration, and retention of talent across countries.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion company values and culture initiatives to strengthen engagement.
- Analyze employee survey results, identify improvement opportunities, and lead action plans.
- Support leaders in building an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and support on career and workplace matters.
Performance & Rewards
- Guide managers through annual performance cycles: goal setting, check-ins, evaluations, and development plans.
- Partner with C&B to ensure competitive, fair, and market-aligned reward practices.
- Manage off-cycle compensation requests, promotions, and adjustments in alignment with HR governance.
- Provide insights on labor cost, overtime trends, and workforce productivity.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, etc.
- Support investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and consistently implemented across the region.
HR Operations, Process & Data
- Use HR analytics and dashboards to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and systems in SEA.
- Coordinate HR reporting for regional and global teams.
- Support global HR programs and ensure deployment at the country level.
Budget and Headcount Management
- Manage the HR and Facilities budget for Thailand.
- Monitor headcount, labor cost, and overtime spending across SEA.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost optimization.
Cross-Border & Regional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with APAC HR teams to align with global frameworks and policies.
- Ensure consistent HR practices across all SEA countries while respecting local regulations.
- Support HR projects, including transformation initiatives, employee experience programs, and regional audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 23 years in an HR Business Partner/Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law compliance, and talent development.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change.
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of English; additional SEA languages are a plus.
