Human Resources Manager

Taejin Drain Tech CO., Ltd is a trusted manufacturer of plastic/sponge parts for home appliances with two divisions of manufacturing: Display Panels in IML (In-Mold Labeling) process and Sponge and rubber parts, and heat/cold insulation foams. Taejin Drain Tech manufactures and supplies parts for washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners to leading brands like SAMSUNG, LG, and Hitachi.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Si Racha. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training employees, managing employee relations and benefits, developing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee training
• Ability to manage employee relations, benefits, and HR policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
• Fluency in Thai and English languages is highly preferred
