The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources and administration responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate human resource strategic plans centered on the development needs of local businesses in Thailand; be responsible for core HR modules including local recruitment, employee relations, salary&compensation, employees performance management, training and culture.
- Administrative Management: Take charge of administrative work, optimize administrative workflows, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the company.
- Compliance & Risk Control: Interpret and implement Thai labor laws and regulations in depth to avoid operational risks; connect with government departments to handle matters related to BOI and visas in accordance with local policies .
- Team & Culture Development: Activate the vitality of the local organization, drive the integration of corporate culture, support business growth, and maintain effective cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
- Have rich experience in Thai labor law and regulation-related affairs, be familiar with local recruitment channels and talent market characteristics in Thailand, and understand policies such as BOI and visas
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Fluency in English and Thai.
