What You'll Be Doing
Human Resources (HR)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and equipment arrangements for new and departing employees, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle attendance and leave records, and coordinate with the Thailand HR Manager on HR-related processes.
- Support the performance evaluation process, including the preparation and summary of attendance data.
- Coordinate employee benefits (e.g., Provident Fund, insurance), social security matters, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events as the main person in charge (PIC).
Office Administration (Main Office and Learning Center)
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage administrative documents (contracts, purchase orders, invoices).
- Monitor office expenses, control the administrative budget, and coordinate with the Thailand HR Manager.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Organize company activities, meetings, and corporate events.
Who We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in human resources, office administration, or a related field.
Skills
- Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lark
Language
- Conversational English is essential
