What You'll Be Doing

Human Resources (HR)

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and equipment arrangements for new and departing employees, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Handle attendance and leave records, and coordinate with the Thailand HR Manager on HR-related processes.
  • Support the performance evaluation process, including the preparation and summary of attendance data.
  • Coordinate employee benefits (e.g., Provident Fund, insurance), social security matters, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events as the main person in charge (PIC).

Office Administration (Main Office and Learning Center)

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare and manage administrative documents (contracts, purchase orders, invoices).
  • Monitor office expenses, control the administrative budget, and coordinate with the Thailand HR Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Organize company activities, meetings, and corporate events.

Who We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in human resources, office administration, or a related field.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lark

Language

  • Conversational English is essential

Nationality

  • Thai

Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
