About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. This role provides comprehensive support across various HR functions. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional with around one year of experience to grow and develop in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with internal teams and government agencies on HR matters
- Support employee benefits, social security, and work permit processes
- Handle HR-related documents, payments, and general inquiries
2. Employee Engagement
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Support internal communications and CSR initiatives
- Help track and follow up on engagement survey actions
3. Learning and Development
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Liaise with training partners and maintain participation records
4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Prepare HR documents and reports for compliance and audit purposes
- Support adherence to labor laws and company HR policies
5. HR Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date HR records in accordance with company and legal requirements
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure HR compliance and reporting accuracy
6. Data and Reporting
- Collect and organize HR data for reporting and improvement purposes
7. HR Projects and Initiatives
- Support HR initiatives and process improvement projects
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in HR or related administrative roles
- Strong communication, coordination, and people skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Solid knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and compliance
- Awareness of HR trends and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/HRMS systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV or similar ERP tools is a plus
