Role overview:
This role is responsible for supporting HR operations by managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure HR operations are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and issuance of employment contracts and related onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and update information in the internal HR system in a timely manner.
Ensure all onboarding activities are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments on onboarding, offboarding, and personnel or organizational changes within the same BU and across different BUs.
Oversee the offboarding process, including final clearance and preparation of required documentation (e.g., employment certificates).
Support continuous improvement of HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Good knowledge of employment contracts, HR documentation, and HR processes.
Familiarity with HRMS and SF systems is a plus.
Strong coordination and communication skills when working with multiple personnel and departments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR documentation and records
High level of responsibility, service-minded, detail-oriented, proactive and able to handle confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Thai. Strong command of English, Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
