Job Purpose
This role drives Trax's learning, development, and engagement agenda by preparing training materials, delivering training programs, managing internal communications, and executing monthly engagement activities end-to-end. The role also supports initiatives that position Trax Group as a preferred Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials for both online and offline delivery (presentations, manuals, e-modules, videos).
- Conduct training sessions according to the Training Roadmap and business needs.
- Coordinate training logistics, attendance, evaluations, and follow-up improvement actions.
- Maintain learning records and support reporting dashboards.
- Implement monthly engagement activities from planning to execution, including concept creation, logistics, communication, and post-event evaluation.
- Execute internal communication activities, including posters, announcements, videos, and digital content.
- Support employee engagement surveys: preparation, rollout, data consolidation, and reporting.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive work culture and reinforce Trax's core values and core competencies.
- Initiate HR marketing campaign.
- Assist HR leadership in KPI tracking, communication, and performance cycle coordination.
- Contribute to programs that enhance Trax's position as a preferred company to work for.
- Support the creation of internal branding content that strengthens engagement and company pride.
- Support additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
