Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies procurement, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate with building management, cleaning staff, and external vendors to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, mail, courier services, and meeting room bookings.
  • Manage petty cash and process invoices related to administrative expenses.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor daily time attendance, leave records, and overtime requests for monthly payroll preparation.
  • Prepare internal memos, announcements, and certifications of employment upon request.
  • Administer employee benefits, health insurance claims, and social security updates.
  • Support the OD and HR teams in organizing company events, town halls, and staff parties.
  • Assist the TA team with onboarding logistics (e.g., preparing welcome kits, access cards, and workstations for new hires).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR Administration, Office Management, or General Admin. (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficient in Thai (Required).
  • Proficiency in English is not required but highly preferred.
  • Thai nationality.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Able to handle day-to-day office issues promptly.
