Records & Compliance: Manage the accuracy, confidentiality, and legal compliance of employee records, personnel documents, and HR databases.
Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop Personnel Management team members, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
Operations & Reporting: Prepare and analyze key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, onboarding statistics) and support internal audits.
Stakeholder Support: Act as a focal point to resolve employee inquiries and provide HR procedure guidance to internal Business Units (BUs) and departments.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality within the Shared Services Center (SSC).
Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Head of Thai SSC.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Personnel Management/HR Operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role (manufacturing environment experience is highly desirable).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SuccessFactors (SF) or similar HRMS; strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR compliance.
Languages: Strong command of Chinese is preferred; good command of English is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management (for local, regional, and HQ coordination), sharp attention to detail, and a strong service-minded attitude.
