HR Services Manager- Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS
Role is based in Suanluang Bangkok
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR Services function in Bangkok, Thailand. This key management role oversees the critical areas of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The position reports directly to the Human Resources Director and includes responsibility for a team of seven, including the Recruitment Support Supervisor, Indirect Recruiter, HR Officer (C&B) and the HR Operations Supervisor and Team.
This role is integral to supporting a large workforce of over 23,000 staff and administering 3,000 service contracts.
Primary Focus Areas
Recruitment - Managing Professional Recruitment / Supporting Front line Recruitment
- Administering and continuously improving the recruitment processes for professional employees.
- Developing, planning, and implementing company recruitment strategies and budgets in consultation with the HR Director.
- Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, set expectations, and facilitate the selection process.
- Working closely with local marketing and regional/global teams on Social Media Recruitment (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Working with operational recruiter teams to ensure support for Direct Labor (DL) recruitment activities, such as job advertisements and job fair facilitation.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Developing, reviewing, implementing, and communicating C&B policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conducting benchmarking and market analysis, and performing internal equity reviews to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Managing company manpower costs, the annual salary review, bonus payment, and promotion processes, including budget preparation.
- Being responsible for the company's performance management process.
- Ensuring full compliance with relevant government offices and labor legislation, such as the Social Security Office/Workmen Compensation Fund.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Ensuring employee data in the main HRIS, Ramco (used for HRIS and Time & Attendance), is accurate, up-to-date, secure, and compliant with all relevant policies (local/global policies).
- Working closely with the payroll team to ensure data correctness for accurate and timely payment.
- Coordinating with the IT Indian Team for system updates, queries, and data uploads as required.
- The role carries a high administrative workload due to the nature of the HRIS.

Required Experience
- Relevant Bachelors Degree
- 7 + Years of HR / Recruitment Experience
- Must be proficient in Thai and English languages, both written and spoken. Strong English fluency is a strict prerequisite.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This includes the ability to conduct salary bench marking and internal equity reviews.
- Must be proficient in computer literacy and comfortable working extensively with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
- This requires skills in data analysis and using at least basic pivot tables. Spreadsheet independence is crucial.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is required, along with experience handling multiple systems.
