HR Organization Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies, best practices, and contribute to HR initiatives.
- Design and delivery of organizational development initiatives focused on improving people development, effectiveness and productivity.
- Research, Analysis and Investigate industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to enhance organizational and people development.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to develop HR solutions and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, and report on performance.
- Leverage data to shape HR strategies and assess the impact of HR projects.
- Partner with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to define L&D needs based on business and staff capability for career progression.
- Participate in designing and planning training and development (Training, Development Roadmap, IDP Career Path, Succession Plan & Promotion, Employee Engagement & Activities, OD) according to the needs of the business unit.
- Support HRD/HROD initiatives such as high-potential development, competency frameworks, succession planning, and cultural programs.
- Explore and apply new learning technologies, digital tools, and innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in HR Strategy, HR Project, Succession plan or OD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Keen to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of HR in a strategic or project-based role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to learn new skills and face new challenges.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
