Human Resources & Organization Development Officer (HROD)

Biovalys is looking for an HROD to drive people and organizational development initiatives. This role focuses on building structured development systems that strengthen employee capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement IDP and development plans.

2. Support performance management and talent development.

3. Identify skill gaps and propose learning solutions.

4. Develop competency frameworks and career paths.

5. Track training effectiveness and provide HR insights.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be Thai nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree in HRD, HRM, OD, Psychology, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in HRD, L&D, or Talent Development.
• Experience with IDP, performance systems, or competency frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
