Human Resources Specialist

Contec-Medical was a leading company in medical industry business. As we are expanding our business join us in building a strong and international workforce. We seek HR specialist who can support recruitment, employee relations, performance management and organizational development

What you will do:

Oversee end to end recruitment process and onboarding

Develop and set KPI evaluation

Monitor the employee performance and ensure all the accountability

Support the employee engagement and understand the HR policy

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations

What we are looking for:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or related field

Minimum two years of experience as Human Resource

Interpersonal and organizational skill

Experienced in KPI design and monitoring employee

Preferably to have experience in multinational company

Able to work independently

Able to use professional English, mandarin was a strong plus

Able to join as soon as possible
