Job Description

Responsible :

  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and objective manner
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues
  • Conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborating with the HR team to enhance employee relations and communication
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee relations matters
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations and advising the HR team accordingly
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify any compliance gaps or issues
  • Developing and implementing policies, processes and controls to ensure the company's HR practices meet all legal requirements
  • Providing training and guidance to HR and operational staff on compliance-related matters
  • Liaising with government agencies and authorities on compliance-related matters
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate the company's compliance
  • Assisting with the investigation and resolution of any HR-related compliance issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies and programmes that align with the company's overall vision and objectives
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritise CSR initiatives that create a positive impact on the community and environment
  • Manage the execution of CSR projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring the progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with local communities, non-profit organisations, and government agencies to identify and address their needs through our CSR initiatives
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of our CSR programmes, using relevant metrics and data to drive continuous improvement
  • Promote the company's CSR initiatives internally and externally, fostering a culture of social responsibility and sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to corporate social responsibility

What we're looking for ;

  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a global or regional role
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and expertise in all core HR functions
  • Thorough understanding of labour laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated understanding of CSR best practices, sustainability frameworks, and social impact measurement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and ensuring compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages an advantage
